BRIEF BIO
I am Raymond A. Berdugo, M.D.
I was born in Fresno and grew up in Oceanside, California. I graduated from Stanford University with a degree in biological sciences and a minor in Spanish. I earned my MD from UC San Diego School of Medicine and completed my family medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center. I am Board Certified in Family Medicine.
ABOUT MY MEDICAL PRACTICE
Nutrition, exercise, and habits are the foundations of good health. My goal is to empower you with the tools to live in your best possible health, using evidence-based medicine and our indigenous practices and foods.
HOW I PRACTICE HEALTH
I am vegan for life since 2010. I stay active with weights, cardio, Danza Azteca, Yoga, Spartan Races, Marathons, Triahlons and Ironman70.3. Spending time with my wonderful wife and family is my top priority. I enjoy playing trumpet and guitar, and I love travel and volunteer work. I strive to lead a simple, balanced life of meaning and contribution and am honored to help others be their best as well.
